"Arrived Like It Was Guarded by a Tiny Security Team"
I was weirdly relieved when this showed up because the box was in great shape and everything inside was totally fine. Nothing broken, nothing squished, no drama at all, which, in delivery terms, feels like a small miracle. Packed really well!

I had a small question about my order and expected to wait a while, but they replied fast. To me, that kind of simple, straightforward support says a lot. No confusing back and forth, no feeling like I was being brushed off, just a clear answer that helped me out. I appreciated it and would definitely order again

"Good quality porch light"
Well... I’ve had this porch light up for a few months now, and it’s been holding up really well outside. It feels sturdy, looks nice, and still works just like it did when I installed it.

"Easy return, but slower than I expected"
I had to return a porch light because it didn’t fit the way I needed it to. The return itself was straightforward, which was nice, but I expected the refund to come through a bit faster. I ended up emailing once just to check on the status. They did refund me in the end, so it worked out, but it wasn’t as quick as I thought it would be

"Found what I needed but checkout was kinda slow"
The site was okay, I did find what I was looking for... but the checkout part felt a little clunky and took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just could be smoother
